We will be reviewing the first draft of the Needs Assessment that we are sending to the Illinois Department of Human Services. I will be sending the spreadsheet out to everyone prior to the meeting for their review, and then we will discuss it at the meeting. We need your input!

Healthy Hermosa Strategic Planning Meeting at the GAP Center/Miracle Center
In this meeting we will go over the final draft of our needs assessment findings and plan our strategies for Year 2 of the SPF grant, which will include what types of programs, policies, and procedures we want to implement in the Hermosa community. We need you to help us vote on what we will implement!
